It is also important that you realise that we cannot do our job without cooperation from you.

- always provide you, to the best of our ability, with competent, comprehensive, unbiased, researched advice, tailored to your individual circumstances, as we understand them;
- always be honest with you when providing advice or making recommendations;
- answer any questions you may have regarding finance, to the best of our ability; either in a general sense or as they specifically relate to your situation
- keep your affairs confidential at all times and conform to the regulatory body;
- be available at all reasonable times to answer any queries you may have. If we are not immediately available, we will return your call at the earliest possible time;
- explain any charges fully and comprehensively and honestly answer any questions you have regarding costs;
- talk to you at any time to monitor and review your products; and
- do our absolute best to ensure that our ongoing relationship is as smooth and productive as it can possibly be.
In return, we ask that as our client you:
- are upfront and honest at all times in providing information we need to do our job competently;
- come to us as early as possible with any problem or complaint you may have, so that the situation can be resolved before it develops;
- keep us informed about any changes in your circumstances that may impact on your finances; and
- give us feedback, both good and bad, so that we can ensure we are providing service at the highest possible level.
